All rental quotes will be sent via email after your consultation by phone or email. All quotes are inclusive of carriage both ways, shipping insurance and our cleaning service.

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your payment. We regret that should you need to cancel your booking we can only refund you if we can re -hire the bunting. We also require a separate cheque for £150 which WILL NOT be cashed and will be returned to you when the bunting returns to us in a reasonable* condition.

The bunting will be sent with basic instructions on how to put it up along with simple safety and care instructions. If you would like the bunting to be put up for you, please email us to discuss what we can do for you.

The rental period is from the Thursday before your event when it will be delivered to you by our courier. We then ask that you or one of your party put the flags back into their bag ready for our courier to collect the following Monday. We take care of the rest! If you need a longer rental period then please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

*Reasonable means the bunting only needs basic laundering and pressing which we are happy to take care of. All our bunting is made to the highest standard and shouldn’t rip or tear easily with basic handling.

Frequently Asked Questions:

•How does it work? We will deliver and collect the bunting to and from your home address or direct to your venue.

•Who is responsible for putting up the bunting? You are. If you ask your Marquee Company or venue nicely, they may do this for you. The bunting will be delivered with our installation instructions and tips guide for how best to put it up.

•When will the bunting be delivered and collected? We usually deliver the bunting on the Thursday or Friday before the event and collect the following Monday via courier. We can of course make other arrangements to suit you, this can be discussed when you book.

•What happens if the bunting gets damaged? We take a deposit, which is refunded when the bunting comes back in a reasonable state i.e. a few dusty marks and minor tears at worst. Please do read the ‘Installation instructions and tips’ guide (enclosed with every order) as this helps avoid any little problems that can happen i.e. the bunting is knotted when hung so has to be cut to be taken down. We are happy to discuss any queries you have regarding installation and offer our help and expertise if needed.

•What happens if some of the bunting gets lost? In the unlikely event that some bunting goes missing, the bunting will be paid from your deposit. We supply a large S.A.E parcel force bag and, so long as the bunting is taken down in one go and put straight into the bag ready for the courier, it can’t go missing!

•Who arranges the courier? We do. We will email you to confirm delivery a few days before to let you know delivery/collection times. We can arrange ‘Before 9am’ deliveries on the Thursday or Friday and arrange for our couriers to deliver and collect from the main reception. Return labels will be enclosed with the bunting along with collection instructions so please keep these safe as we get charged by the courier company for failed collections. We will ring your contact number on the Monday morning after the party to gently remind you. If you are planning on heading off on honeymoon straight away, please remember to give us a UK contact number to ring. We’d hate to wake you up in Las Vegas at 2am in the morning.

•Do we have to wash or fold up the bunting? No, we do that. All we ask is that the bunting is bundled up and put into the S.A.E. Parcel force bag provided and sealed ready for the courier by 9am on Monday morning.

•What happens if I no longer need the bunting, will I get a refund? If your circumstances change and you no longer need the bunting you have booked and paid for, let us know and we will do our best to rebook your bunting and issue a refund.
